Cegelec CSS has put in place integration paths, allowing new recruits to properly integrate into the society and understand our company culture. This integration of young talents is also carried out within the Vinci Energies group.

The company’s commitment to training ensures the development of the technical and managerial skills of the employees, allowing them to regularly evolve. Cegelec CSS accompanies its staff in its professional career, each individual becoming an actor in his career.

The recruitment of young people (trainees, student jobs and permanent contracts) is a key element of our Human Resources policy.

We recruit our young talents at the source, within our target schools. We develop a partnership with schools by foresting exchanges between our staff, students and teaching staff. Cegelec CSS invests in the future of the company through its integration of its young talents by training and retaining them through exciting jobs, evolution opportunities within its team, but also within the VINCI group.

Cegelec CSS participates every year in the meetings organized between students and companies in universities and other higher educational establishments.

    ICEDA will be a EDF basic nuclear installation (INB) used for receiving, treating and storing activated waste. CEGELEC CSS is a PANORAMA software integrator. CEGELEC CSS is in charge of the design, coding and testing of a remote handling control and monitoring interface.

    Omexom CSS partners with the «Agoria’s Energy Technology Club» organization and shares the Belgian stand with the aim of promoting its solutions the nuclear, thermal and renewable sectors.
